Products Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

- Provide a video recording showing the condition of the parcel's exterior.
- Record the complete unboxing process without any cuts or pauses in between to capture the initial state of the product as you receive it.
2. Inspection of Shipping Materials:
- If the shipping container or cushioning material appears damaged, retain these materials until you have thoroughly checked the contents of the shipment.
- Inspect all items for completeness and assess any damage or defects.
3. Reporting Damage or Defects:
